Bistro Republika was originally part of the hotel of the same name, but in 2023 the hotel owner decided to change the concept, so the accommodation part was separated and the hotel restaurant space was taken under her wing by the original hotel director. The interior of the restaurant was lightened, but at the same time the uniqueness of the First Republic design was retained. Since January 2025, a new chef has taken over, bringing the absolute top of gastronomy to the bistro. Every week he creates a new MENU, which usually appeals to lovers of classic, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. You can also regularly find homemade desserts and cakes. We cannot forget the great breakfasts, which you can enjoy every day and on weekends for an extended time as brunch. We also try to think about the various dietary restrictions of our guests, we are able to prepare many of our dishes in a way that even those with, for example, a gluten-free diet can enjoy them.

 

Our Bistro is located in the very center of Prague, just a few steps from important historical monuments and tourist attractions. Thanks to its ideal location, it is the perfect place for a short break before, during or after your trip around Prague. Despite its location, it maintains a calm and intimate atmosphere. On warm days, you can use the garden.
